Do I need B1 or B2. Immigiration experts or any one Please help me

I received my permanent resident visa in Nov , 2002 and landed in Jan, 2003 in Toronto. I lived in US (NJ) for three years on H1B visa before this. While I was in H1-B visa I opened a software consistency company (Incorporated) in NJ. Before coming to Toronto I changed my company address to my friend address. Last month One candidate came from India on H1-B on my company and I placed him in a job in CA, USA from Toronto Canada.

So I want to do some company transactions (Bank and other payroll work) in USA every month for one or two days. For this purpose I need to go to USA.
So which visa do I need?.
Can I eligible for B1 Business Visa?
Or do I need to take B2 visitor visa?
If I take visitor visa shall I go every month to USA to do some transaction (Bank and other payroll work).

So is it legal to run the established incorporated US company while I was in Toronto Canada on PR.

Has anybody had this experience before ?

I am looking for some guidance from Immigration experts.. I got good answers from this forum to my previous question.


Any answers will be highly appreciated, please do post reply , I will thankful in advance.

SInce your travel is business related (not tourism or visiting friends/relatives) you will get either a B1 visa or a combined B1/B2 visa. If you are a citizen of visa waiver country you do not need a visa for short business travels < 3months long.

I don't have any visa to go US. So still I am looking for solution.
Immigiration experts or other had simillar problem please hlep, still I am in need your help.
