Do I need AP ?

I had a question about travelling to India. I got my EAD and I was not sure if I can travel to India or would I need to apply for Advanced Parole. Based on my H-1, I have multiple entry till Oct'2004. Is that disregarded now since I have my EAD. My incompetent lawyers are no good and have not been able to
answer any questions.

--- If you have valid H1 visa stamp in passport you can enter on H1b showing the passport visa
Is that disregarded now since I have my EAD. My incompetent lawyers are no good and have not been able to
answer any questions.
---- If you have NOT used EAD for work you can enter on H1Visa if you worked on EAD then enter on AP. Having EAD does not change your status if you USE EAD then you should enter on AP
