I got RFE for missing medicals which was answered in Dec'04. My current contract is ending and looks like I have to change employer .
Do I need AC 21 ?
What docs do I need to send to INS when I change employer ?
Can my current employer withdraw my application ?
Will I be affected by EB3 retrogression ? The only PD I have is Feb'1999 on 140 approval.
How much time usually it takes for 485 approval after medical RFE ?

Case details are as follows,

Labor resubstitute EB3 category
140 / 485 concurrent application Jun'03
140 approved - Feb'04
485 RFE - Dec'04
EAD/AP valid until Oct'05
140 PD - Feb' 1999.

-------- permanent future job offer letter from your employer to use AC21 with same/similar job duties as on approved LC+ copy of I-485 filing reciept
Can my current employer withdraw my application ?
------- he can send letter to revoke I-140 any time but if I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending more than 180 days and you update the USCIS to use AC21 then you are safe
Will I be affected by EB3 retrogression ? The only PD I have is Feb'1999 on 140 approval.
-------- here is the confusion, PD for you will be the date your I-140 was filed but I have read that many are getting I-140 approved and PD written as the orignal LC filing date, I dont know how USCIS is going to handle your I-485, others will post more info
