If your passport is from a country that requires a visa, then you cannot go with just green card and passport. You need to obtain a visa. If you travel with RTD to Germany (no GC required) you do not require a visa.

Still your answer is not clear, or kinda confuse. Again, i do have permit to re-Enter (Form I-327) NOT Refugee Travel Document. The question remain:

Can i enter Germany with reentry permit wihtout greencard and without a visa?

No you can't. RP requires a visa and it takes upto 3 weeks for them to issue you a visa. If you have a RP, YOU have to have a GC in hand...

RTD doesn't require a visa.

When people became LPR based on asylum, what kind of travel documents usually issued to them? RP or RTD. Can they have them both at the same time?
