My 485 is pending with INS currently. I have a job offer from a company after my 6 month period (485 pending) has finished, which is Dec 25, 2004. I want to know what my new company will have to do for me in terms of immigration/lawyer work to file the AC-21, or is it something that i can do myself or even hire a lawyer to do it for me. Would i need any paperwork from the company in case i do it myself/my lawyer?

Thanks in advance.
cheers

you can do it yourself or you can hire a lawyer ( but that will cost you $$$)

ALl you need from your new employer is EVL stating salary, time period , job tile and duties ..

since you changing employer unless you sign new G28 with new lawyer or inform CIS about your old lawyer no longer represents you all the notices will go to old lawyer..( which you may want to avoid based on your relationship with old employer/lawyer)
