Delia and I were married recently and of course she has no I-94 card, she says bad people told her it was not needed (she is learning a valuable lesson) We are currently waiting on her replacement I-94 and I know its needed on the I-130 and the I-4x5 but looking at the I-765 that can be e-filed, its not a required area, its left optional.
Any suggestions? Go ahead and e-file it or wait till her I-94 gets here on day? Thanks.
