is one required to have a three year contract to get three year H1b visa, i have existing H1b approved till 2009( now on my 4 year)
, changing employers and filing for H1b transfer , have a contract with new employer for one
year with extension if mutually acceptable,
so would like the H1b for the three year period
so if necessary will ask for three year contract , if no need , i rather not ask for modification
