Do I need 2nd AP?

Hi all,

This is my first post, I have been reading this forum for several weeks, it's been very helpful.

I had my first AP, which expired on 7/10/2003. But I used the AP to enter USA in April 2003, and got stamp on my passport, I94, and AP, stating that "Paroled until APR 11 2004". I need to travel abroad now, do I need 2nd AP? Or the first AP with stamp will be OK. Thanks for your help.

You need to apply for new AP, dont leave US wihout a valid AP. Parole stamp on passport normally say one year validity even if the AP is expiring within few weeks so that means nothing. Get a new valid AP.

Thank you for your advice. I will apply for 2nd AP then. But what's stamp for? Why does it always give one year validity if it's useless? Thanks

can anyone shed some light on what's the stamp on AP and Passport for? Does the date in the stamp mean anything? Thanks.
