Do I have to submit G-28 if I prepared I-485 for my child?

I signed Part 5 of I-485 as the person who prepared the form, but I am not an attorney. Do I have submit G-28 as the representative of my child? I, of course, did everything for my wife. I guess I have three options:

1. Sign Part 5 and submit G-28,
2. Sign Part 5 without G-28,
3. No signature in Part 5 and no G-28, pretending my child and wife did everything on their own.

Those with experience in this aspect please respond. Thank you very much. Happy New Year!

I prepared I-485 for my child aged 11. In order to represent my child, do I have to submit G-28? I do not have an attorney. Otherwise, the attorney would sign G-28 and represent all of us.
 
Sign part 5 and do not submit a G-28

Since you (I assume) do not fit into any of the standard categories listed on the G-28, I wouldn\'t file one. Have them sign the petition and any required correspondance. You can help.
