My H1B1 extension was approved more than one month ago. But thus far, neither my attorney nor my employer has received the approval notice.
The response from USCIS to our request was I have to file another form I-824 to ask for a duplicate of the approval notice and I HAVE TO PAY $195 for this. Is this totally insane and unfair?
How do I avoid from paying that? Thanks!
