Do I have to fill a form if I veale the country during my citizen process?

I want to know if I have to fill a form reporting that I leave the u.s.
I got my fingerprints taken on july 2th and I am waiting for my interview notice.
I am planing to leave just for a weekend but I dont know if I have to fill a for or not

No. But at your interview, you may need to let the IO know the dates you left and came back so they can update your application.
