My wife has a SSN# with not valid for employment 4 years ago. And she
is trying to process with I485(Primary applicant). In the meantime we have
missed changed to valid for work with SSN# after approved EAD/I140.
Is this going to be problem? Do I have to change the SSN# of valid for work
for her? or not? Thanks for your advise..

Yes, you have to change the SSN its a simple process go to the local office and do it ASAP before it gets reported to the IRS and INS.
