do i have a chance?

Hi, I am a new here. I have a question.
I came to the US in 1991 and applyed for political asylum.
I was a doctor in my country (former Sovet Union) and here, I became a Regestred Nurse.
In December 2002 I was finally called for the interview in INs and I've been rejected . This Thursday I will have an immigration court.
Did any of you were in the simular situation? Do I have a chance or I will be deported after 12 years being here.

It's very important that you have experienced attorney, who will present your case, otherwise you will go what I am going through, through Board of Appeal, than Motion to reopen, federal case, supreme court, I hope you will be lucky I was not.
Sense tragic day Sept/11 , it's not easy, I do believe you have good attorney and you will represent your case good, you are 12y's here either way not to worie,you will have long time to wait till time to appeal in case if IJ denies your case, you probably heart, long time to wait, by than something will hapen. Wich I am waiting for,this is my 17th year here in good USA. I am being denied all the time they don't even read cases. Remember it's very important to have good attorney.

Why are you so worried about not getting your asylum green card? Aside from the long wait, it is very smooth sailing. There is no reason to worry about this unless you acquired asylum by telling a lie, committed a serious crime or returned to your homeland.

The worst that could happen is for them to ask for an I-602 waiver, which if filled out carefully, is liberally approved.
 
I was rejected by IJ ,even my old country was in prewar days, hi had no clue what was going in my old country, and my attorney did not present my case good, hi did not even type, my statement hi just copied, many other reason so judge
Made decision in 15minuts,and sed that I was here because economic situation. My IJ was one of the most difficult person(everybody knows his name)known as a- Mr: Moody.
Any way you got no reason to vorie, even if you get rejected it will take many/many years till final desision.

Pending 601

i came with a fake passport,asylum diniled since 03 but before then was married have a child us citizen.Went for 485 interview in may 2010 i was ask by the Io to refile 601 because the did not send the since 05 witch was since July 2010.Waiting since then. what are my chance of getting approve and how it work. no criminal,been here since 01.
