do you have permanent position?
EB1-OR can be a possibility.
NIW is easy and fast if you are not from backlog countries.

I am from a backlogged country but I have a permanent position with the company I work. So there is a chance in the NIW category for me.

If your company can support your case then file EB1-OR. Use an external attorney if the company does not have one or does not want to help you. while getting the letters for recommendation get two set one for EB1-OR and one for NIW.
just replace the out standing researcher with exceptional ability researcher.
this saves time and effort.
good luck.

Hello NIW,
My company(consisting of highly accomplished scientists known at the national level) is willing to sponsor me and would like to do it ASAP as they think my services are of high value. Would the entire group who is reading my posts have an inclination towards EB1-OR or NIW. Your support and suggestions are very helpful I only have 1 year 7 months left on my H1B. Any law firm that you can suggest would also help. Thank you.

Genome.

Genome, in your case EB1 is better option than EB2-NIW ,
EB2-NIW I140 itself it took 10 months for me. then for I485 its as usual as normal EB2, have to wait to priority date to be current.
my friend has a Ph.d , he got green card in hand in 20 months on EB1.

Dear NIW_RFE_HELP,
Thank you for the advice. Also not having a PhD as compared to your friend have any impact on my application. And if not being personal could you list your accomplishments/credentials that qualified you under the NIW category. Thanks a ton in advance.
