Do H-4 have I-797 form?

Hello, everyone

I entered USA on H-4 visa from China, I only have H-4 visa stamp and I-97 form. I don't have my I-797 form, but I heard that H-4 has it's own I-797 form. My question is :
(1) Do H-4 have I-797 form?
(2) On what condition do H-4 have I-797 form?

-- No, unless you applied for COS or EOS from within US
(2) On what condition do H-4 have I-797 form?

I797 is a general purpose form used by USCIS to send petition receipts, approval and denial notices. If the H4 person had never been on any application or petition (directly applied for visa and entered) then there is no reason for that person to have that form.
 
Thank you very much both guys. So, it should be fine for me to not have the I-797 form.
