Do they fingerprints all the greencard holders when we come back to U.S at customs? If that is the case, what kind documents we need to have if they have questions?
Thanks.

No, GC holders don't get fingerprinted unless there is some suspicion that it isn't you on the card. But they are planning on expanding the fingerprinting to GC holders within the next year or so.

You don't need any document but your GC and passport (and even the passport is not strictly required), unless you have taken a trip of 6+ months which would cause them to question your ties to the US.

I believe the finger printing that you ask for is part of the special registration (NSEERS) program. GC holders or even those on AP do not have to do register themselves upon entry or exit. Realistically though, if some officer at the point of entry/exit gets suspicious, they may ask you to register yourself and have you fingerprinted.

Stoned!

No, green card holders are not fingerprinted for the time being. But they are in the process of creating this requirement. So before long you will be fingerprinted (however, if Obama gets elected his administration may have a different idea about this).
