Do all transfers get Interviewed?

Hey Guys,

My I-485 an my wifes recently got transferred from TSC to a local office in MIAMI. My ND is very recent (03/25) so action this early was very surprising. I have been reading through all the transfer cases and the difference is that my I-140 also says that it has been transferred and I have not had FP yet.

My question is, do all transferred cases get called from an Interview or have there been instances where local offices have approved I-485 without interviews. Mine is a very straight forward case, same job for 5 years, no out of status, no criminal record etc. I was wondering if I will be called in also.

Any input would be greatly appreicated.

Of all the transfer cases I've read about (~50) in only one case have I ever heard of the interview being waived. That being said, I've also only ever heard of one problem in a transfer case at the interview, and that was an AC21 case out of the jurisdiction of the original LC.
