Do all NJ cases get transferred to Newark

Gurus,

Do all the NewJersey cases filed in VSC get transferred to Newark INS for interview.
Are there any NewJersey people out there who have been approved without being transferred to Newark or do you know of anyone who has been approved without being transferred to Newark?

Transfer to the Newark INS office is not usual.

The cases filed at the VSC from NJ do not normally get transferred to the Newark office. Usually cases are transferred if VSC determines that an interview may be required to clarify some things.
