Hi All,
I have two minor traffic tickets. I took "Certified Disposition" letter for one of the tickets from one court and an affidavit (because they don't issue "Certified Disposition" for some reason) for the other ticket from the other court. Do I still need to take DMV record with me for the interview? If yes, do I need that for last five years or complete driver record? If I need to take DMV record with me, I am thinking of applying online, do you know who long will DMV take to send certified DMV record through mail?

You don't need a DMV record. What you have is more than sufficient.
