Quick question. If I apply to divorce in CAP - through a lawer without me going there - it is not a ground to cancell GC based on asylum?

NO...........whether you have greencard or I-94, divorce won't affect your underlying asylum or greencard.

Let me just rephrase my question. If I divorce - I have to do it either throug Embassy of my COP or hire a lawer to represent me in a court in the COP. Even thoug I don't go to COP myself, could it be considered as I use help of my COP goverment etc?

Also I am a primary asylee, so I was waiting till my spouse recieve a GC. Can I divorce now, or I also should wait sometime so marrige wouln't be considered fake or smth like that?

I am not sure what you are trying to say or do. If you want to divorce your wife and you live in the US, you should do so in the US. You will need her to sign a joiner, and you will get your divorce degree in three months. If your wife does not have a greencard and she is the derivative, and divorce her, she will be able to retain her asylum status. Should she want to get greencard on her own, she will have to go through the nunc pro tunc. As regards whether you wanna wait for her to get the greencard and then divorce, sure that will make life easier for her, but that is a decision you and her will have to make. You know you individual situation, so make your decisions accordingly...good luck
