Divorce while illegal

Well, lets just say "IF" thing were to fall apart and my marriage did not work out.

Whats the procedure to a divorce?

If it is just a simple divorce with nothing to share legally and both parties agree in term, what would be the cheapest and fastest way without a lawyer??.

I know this is the wrong section but I kind of posted my first 3 questions here sooo..

Also my second question, will the person that has an expired visa be deported immediately or anything like that?
