divorce me please help

Hello,

I sorry my english not so good yet.
My wife is citizen of the usa and I we were married last year. I have green card from summer and now my wife has told me to leave, she and me not cohabit good and she find someone else i think. I meet someone from work who has helped me muchly, felt very alone but she been my friend very much and let me stay with her. I wish i had met her before now and life could be perfect. I am scare that i can not complete my permanent residence and will go back to my country. I will lose my new friend who i grow to love very much in last few months.

What happen if i divorce and marry again? I not know what to do and would be happy for people to help me if can.

What language do you speak ? what's your nationality ?
 
you will have to start all over again. that will probably easy. otherwise you have to prove that marriage was ended because of spousal abuse and you married in good faith.

Presumably you were given a 2yr conditional GC. Whilst it is theoretically possible to petition for removal of conditions on your own, its going to be an uphill battle. You must prove the marriage was genuine (not for immigration purposes), and if there was any abuse etc, then you must prove that too.

Consult a lawyer.
 
im suggesting to try your best to fix the problems or misunderstanding between u and her otherwise u will find urself between no where , i dont think evidences could help in this situation if you tried to prove her abusive, im sure the US law would stand next to the USC not with the alien, my personal opinion...
