divorce leads to deprtation or not?

hi, i went to this country feb this year as a tourist., and my visa is valid ony for 3 months.. before the expiration i got married and we applied for I-130, I-485 and I-765,. i already had all my fingerprinting and just waiting for more information from the immigration, but then my husband and i are having problems and it may lead to divorce,, can anyone here give me advice on what to do if ever we really come to the point where we have to part ways?.. thanks in advance!
 
I knew a guy who married a gal and they were married for several years. He gave her the world, and she cheated on him and dumped him for another. He did not lose his paperwork. She was petitioning for him. He got a lawyer and told her what happened and he was granted his papers even though she called and tried to have him deported. :)
