Divorce. I want and she wants too

Hi,

I brought her as a fiance from another country and I married her in December 2003. But Our relationship did not work. We are not living togueter from Novemver of 2005. She has her conditional resident. We want to be divorce.

If I divorce her what can I expect from Immigration.

Is she going to lost her immigration status in this country and send back to her country?

Do I need to report Immigration about my diorce?

What kind of divorce can I do to no affect her, if there is any?
