Divorce before I485 approval

I want to file a divorce with my husband before our I485 approval. Finger print is already done. Since my husband is the dependent I wonder what effect it will have on him. I don\'t mean to jepodize his application. please give me some advice.

IF your divorce Go trough before Approval, his I-485 is in Jeopardy Otherwise he is ok.

If you are not the Dosa Kid:
Employement Based GC is not like Marriage Based GC where the marriage should last for two years etc.

So once GC is approved, derivative always has it without any problems. But if your Divorce go through before approval, than derivative loose the benifits of derivative and dont\' have GC.

So you better be seperated and go for divorce after approval if you really don\'t want to hurt your husband. But if you really want to revenge something.... its a different matter.

You guys can seek Immigration Attorney advise on this, its a serious matter.
