Divorce and the Naturalization Oath Ceremony

The first time I’m here in the great forum

I have a question important to me ,I form New York state and I have the interview successfully I’m now waiting for the Naturalization Oath Ceremony on 8/19/2010 My question about the questions on the back of the notice USCIS (Form N-445).
I will answer (yes) the question about what i have done since my interview and the ceremony.
(Divorce) I will get divorce like one week before the Oath Ceremony will be changed situation form married to divorce.I file N-400 under the 5 year rule.
Now I ask if this affects the Oath Ceremony or obtain U.S. citizenship. I can make it or is can be any delay.
also if I don’t have the proof of divorce for I don’t have enough time Between the divorce court and the Naturalization Oath Ceremony . What I can do?

Will the divorce be finalized before oath? If so, you may be asked for divorce decree at oath even if you're applying under 5 year rule.Otherwise, it wouldn't delay your oath.
