hello everyone i like to hear from those who got remarried to usc before they change their conditional status to be permanent....do i have to reapply for I 485 AGAIN? OR THIS DIVORCE REVOKE THE CONDITIONAL STATUS? ANY GOOD ADVICE IS WELCOME HERE HAVE WONDERFUL DAY
If you don't remove the conditional status then you are out of status after the expiration date of your conditional card. If you re-marry again with another USC or LPR you must undergo all the process again.
