divorce and entering the USA

I got green card in 27 January 2011 and I'm still in marriage.On 21st May last year my husband physically forced me to sign divorce papers which is was illegal, and I was in a big shock and stress and I left the USA.I'm in Bosnia and now I need to get back to USA because of divorce process and removing condition on my green card. I wanted before to get back in USA but I didn't have enough money for travel because I lost my job here in 2010 before I came first time in USA.My green card expired 27 January 2013. Can I enter the USA even one year expired since I left USA? And will I be able to save my green card?

For an absense of more than 1 year, you will need a REP. Your best bet is to contact the local US consulate and try to get an SB-1 from them. You will need to convince them that your extended stay outside the US was beyond your control.

Can I enter the USA even one year expired since I left USA? And will I be able to save my green card?
