Divorce after Unconditional green card.

I have been married to an immigrant for 3 years and 7 months. What is the safest time that I can divorce after he gets his unconditional green card?

It's confusing. If he is an immigrant why is he having conditional green card and whats your status right now.

I think she is USC. If so, she can divorce him any time after the conditions of his green card have been removed.

There is a recent memo that says that if divorce take place after filing for removal of condition but before granting such a removal it will cancel green card and apropriate letter should be filed to ins informing of the divorce.
