I found your same thread in the EAD and Advance Parole.
"Hi, I am married to a USC in February. filed for EAD and Adjustment of status. I got my EAD recently and recieved interview date which is in september 2005. But we are having problems and its going to end up in divorce. I really need some expert advice on what will be my position in that case. Do i have to go back to my country / is there a way I can fight my own case. This was all unexpected but we have no choice. Please suggest me something, I am very confused.
Thank you in advance
Ravi"

I don't read anything about being abuse in here. What means with "we have no choice"? As I said before, is normal to have discrepancies and stuff like that in your marriage, all marriages but in this forum more and more I just heard about how people get worry about their green card process than their own marriage, which looks like it wasn't bona fide. Now I am not judging you (I am speaking in general) and this is not a marriage forum, I am agree with that but the law is pretty clear on marriage to a USC.
Good luck,
