I was looking to some district office processing dates for I-485:
1. Phildelphia, PA --> Dec'23, 2002
2. Pittsburg, PA --> Sept'30, 2004
3. Agana, GU --> April'18, 2004
What could be the possible reasons for this difference? What do they do in district offices?
In almost all other district offices they have latest processing dates as sept' 2004. Do processing dates of a district office has any relationship with a service center?
