Dissolved Company H1B Visa Question

Your are not clear about your present status.
Have you joined them and taken pay from dissolved company. Then a transfer from dissolved company would be needed.
If you never joined them and only initiated a H1 transfer from an OLD company to dissolved company then you still need a transfer from your old company to newly formed company.

Hi,
I transfered my H1b to another company and unfortunately within a month the company got dissolved. Now the investors of the company created a new company with a different name and different tax id with the government. The new company is going to sponsor me. Should they file a new H1B transfer application or just an amendment to my current H1b with the dissolved company?
