"Dismissed without probation" does not make sense. If the case were dismissed, there would have been no need to mention probation.
If she indeed did shoplift (even if not judged so in court), why would you encourage a return visit. If you are with her and she does it again, it could create legal problems for you. Theft is a CIMT; shoplifting is no different than taking money from a cash register or someone wallet.
