Discuss October 2007 Visa bulletin

Friends,

What do you think will happen in October VB. Do you think any +ve things will happen? EB3 for India is stuck at 2001 April and EB2 is completely unavailable. I hope things will get better.

My guess is Eb2 will open up and EB3 will be stuck at same place until end of 2007.
 
I think, it will move to July 1, 2002. Because it was Jun 1, 2002 when it was retrogressed last time. Or it could be Jun 1, 2003. Be optimistic. LOL.

It might be same

It will be same.

EB3 India - April 2001
Eb2 India - Mar 2003.May be little forward(July 2003)

Note:it is a Oct 2006 NOT 2007
 
Dont they publish new visa number for next year in October?

If so I belive it will move forward.

My guess is EB2 and EB3 both will move 2-4 months .

Feel free to correct me on new visa quota number in October.
 
the October bulletin sucks even more. Does anyone know when someone with PD Dec 2004 expect to apply for I-485? .......2008???
