discrimination....please advice

Sorry to hear what you are going thru

As others have suggested, make sure you have a record that you informed the management also when you send these emails cc to an account which is not on company system so in case they try to earse (highly unlikely) you still ahve somehting to fall back to.
This behaviour falls under harrasment and at least in my company they make you take a course informing people of acceptable behaviour and recourse against harassment.

Hope your email brings them to their senses.
