Discrimination by BCIS?

Its turning out to be discrimatory by BCIS - as several people applied from same places, same company, same FP date, same category etc...few of them are getting approved, and some are not getting approved for months as much as 6 to 8 months. What is the difference between the cases (in such instances) not approved and those who got approved months earlier - DISCRIMINATION

How about a descrimination suit on BCIS?

On whatever the basis they are approving few applicants in each month while keeping others wait for months together.

Disorganization isn't the same as discrimination.

This won't work. Any delay will be explained as "delay due to security check" and no lawyer will touch your case
