Discrimation in processing

Hi Early aug-apr club. I have heard from my friend that ins is putting aside or doing slow processing all the applications recieved during when the dates were current. Reason is that their date might retrogress. And activly processing the applications received after the dates went back. One of my friend with eac-00-253(aug-23-00ND) got finger printing. Is that true? can any one confirm this....

I think that is true, bcos I did FP in 12/00, ND 10/00, PD 6/99

that is true. my lawyer (whose company handles immigration for major companies) also said the same. it is to show that INS is improving its backlog and one way they do it is just not bother will older cases!
