Discrepancy between N-400 Guide and Form

As I was filling my form, I noticed that the checklist in the Guide says
"
If you answer “Yes” to any of questions 1 through 15 in Part 7, send:
q A written explanation on a separate sheet of paper.
If you answer “No” to any of questions 1 through 5 in Part 8, send:
q A written explanation on a separate sheet of paper.
"

If you look in the form under part 7 and 8, there are none of the 15 and 5 questions that they are referring to.
Has anyone resolved this issue?

The form and guide are the latest that I just got from the CIS website.

You are right in that there is a pdf with instruction and form combined but I am referring to the guide. The guide is the only place I know of where CIS has listed the document checklist. And that apparently is not current with the form. They ask for additional paperwork if one has answered yes to 15 and 5 questions under part 7 and 8 resp. where none such questions exist under those parts.

How have those of you who have filled the form resolve this?

I just happen to have a printout of the old N-400 and the new one, and I compared the sections.

Can you tell us what they asked under part 7 and 8 on the old form. I am sure those questions on the new form as well under new number. May be telling us that number would help also. That way we know if we have need to send any paperwork.
