Disclosing expunged record in form I-589

I am in removal proceedings for an issue unrelated to my misdemeanor 8 years ago.
In the form I-589 it asks if you or anyone in the application has been arrested, convicted .....

I was arrested and had 1 year probation(I succesfully completed it and never had any other issue)
I got my records expunged also.

My question is "do i click a yes or no to the question since it is an expunged record and doesnt show now"

I am sure the court can see it and I have my final hearing coming up in 3 days related to withholding of removal.
I just noticed this question and wanted to take opinion of people in similar situations.

can someone advice please

USCIS always have access to expunged records even those arrest records that are expunged due to no conviction and you have a conviction so most definitely disclose it.

the forms are already submitted now and I dont want to make any changes.
Has there been a case where not mentioning an expunged record creates any trouble/misunderstanding or any issues related to the withholding process in general.
