Hi All,
Did anyone have similar experience?
We had applied family case GC for me (my husband is American),
got approved without much problems 2 weeks ago, I got a stamp
in a passport and received a letter from INS saying I'm now a permanent
resident, and that I will receive the card in few weeks.
Now my lawyer called us today and told us that he received
a letter from INS saying that my case has been reviewed and
I'm not any longer a permanent resident, so it has been dissaproved.
Just one sentence, no explanation, nothing else.
He has been trying to get ahold of INS officer, so far no news.
Any idea what could it be? He suggested that maybe security check
has not gone through yet, but we shouldn't have been approved
on a first place 2 weeks ago, right?
Any ideas, anyone?!
Thank yoU!
Ann
