Disadvantage of I-485 expedite

Hi! All: Can you share some thoughts about the disadvantage of doing I-485 expedite? I heard that your 485 cannot be appealled if it is denied. IC

that maybe not so right. If they denied your expediting request, you can not appeal. But your old waiting is still there.
SO, asking expediting process does not hurt, just try your luck.

I wish this is right.

givemegreencard: Thanks for your comments. I mean if the 485 is denied under expedite category, then you cannot appeal your 485. Is this right? IC
 
I do not know whether that is true or not. But I will try to find the answer either from the research in the internet, or asking directly my attorney. I will get it back to you soon. :)
