Directions to 100 Commerce cntr from Newark Penn Stn

I am told that the Newark FP center is at walking distance from Newark Penn Station. Can someone give me walking directions to go to 100 commerce Center, Newark from the Penn Station.

I suggest you take a cab

it will cost you about $5. Walking in Newark is not a good idea.

that Newark is the murder capital of the world. Is that true ?

It is not that bad in the day time. Me and my wife walked from Newark Penn Station to Commerce Street. It is very near probably take about 5 - 7 mins. Come out of Penn ask for commerce street it is very near.
