In USCIS direct filing annoucement, they state:
"USCIS will accept Forms I-129F, I-131, I-140, I-360, I-485, I-765 and I-907 filed with the new “Direct Filing” location in advance of the July 30, 2007 effective date, that are otherwise properly filed."
Does this suggest that even before July 30, I can still file 140 to Texas Center if I belong to it. Seems the direct filing also include 140/485 cocurrent, shall I co-file 140/485 to TSC directly to Texas Center even before July 31?
