Copy of Diploma issued with Sept 2007 date ?
Hi all Boardies
A quick question. My husband graduated from High School more than sixteen years ago, however he misplaced the original copy of his High School Diploma. We therefore went to the High School for a copy of the said diploma and the one that was issued to us is signed and dated Sept 4th 2007 ????????
Does that make sense.....................shouldn't your Diploma have the date you graduauted on it. I understand that the signatories may be different ...................as in my husbands case he went to a Catholic High School and both the Principal and Bishop [who sign the Diploma] are now different.
What should we do in such a case ?

In response to your question I do not beleive it says either. At the bottom of the Diploma where the slots for the signatures of the appropriate persons are located there is also a slot for the date but, it says nothing as to when he graduated.
In other words there is just a date without any reference as to what the date applies to.

There should be somewhere on the diploma that says when he graduated. if it dosen't, u might wanna get a replacement
