I have a situation.
My sister got married and her husband is doing his MBA in the US.He got an I-20 form for her,everything is ready to roll.
But we have a problem,my mother is in the US,she entered the country in 2005 on B1/B2 visa,we did an extension but she had to overstay her visa due to some circumstances.
She is still in the country.I think the picture is pretty clear.
What are the chances of my sister getting a dependent (F2) visa.
Does the fact that her mother broke immigration laws put a ban on her?
Is there any solution to this problem?
