Diiference between Arrival Departure Record and the I-94 , Please help me

I just wanted to know the difference between the Arrival departure record and the I-94 . I have to go for stamping and just wanted to know the difference.

If you're on H1, its the I-94.
If you're on EAD, its your Advanced Parole.

These are your arrival-departure records.

If you are going for stamping, carry all your I-94's (you should have just one - assuming that you lat entered the country on H1 status) or your Advanced Parole (again, its just one).
