Different Names on Passport and H4 Visa

Hi,

Recently I changed my Maiden name to Married name and got a new passport. I also got my H4 Visa re-validated from Washington DC but new visa still contains my maiden name. My H4 approval notice also had maiden name.

Will the above situation cause any problem while re-entering US?

NO Problem, now Keep both the passports always attached and show both the passports when Enter US or Depart US (make the copy of both the passports for each page including blank pages and keep the copies at your home) keep the orignal H4 approval notice with you ( show only if asked)
