Different message for Name Check : Ginnu/Seniros, Pls Hlp

I did a fax enquiry for the FBI name check and I got the following e-mail message from agent Hardy

Dear Mr. <My name>:

This is in reference to your facsimile dated XX, 2004, concerning the immigration status of you. The FBI conducted a record check for you on Feb XX, 2004 and the results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Sincerely yours,
<Name of the officer>

This is different from most of the messages I have seen here which said

Dear Mr. <My name>:

This is in reference to your facsimile dated xxx, 2004, concerning the immigration status of you . The FBI completed a record check for you on xxxxx 2002. The results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Sincerely yours,
<Name of the officer>

Is there is difference in these messages ?? (Completed Vs Conducted)
Am I reading too much or does this mean they still have to do some more checks ? They say they did the check in Feb 2004. My 140 got approved in april 2004. My wife got her EAD in July 2004. Please advise ....

You're reading too much into things. The important thing is that results were returned to USCIS.

You may have answered this elsewhere already...

When does USCIS request FBI for the namecheck. Same time the FP is sent to FBI ? When USCIS case status online says FP results received, does that mean the namecheck results are done too [cause there is no special status for namecheck results if i'm correct].
 
Don't exactly know when USCIS requests for name check. But some one told me that there is a correlation between name check and FP. So I contacted FBI after my finger print results were cleared by FBI(as per the case status online). And this is what I got in response.

My RD for 485 is 9/23/2003
FP given 5/12/2004 and the results were sent back to CIS the same day.
I sent FAX request for "name check" to FBI on june 20th and they said they conducted name search for me on Feb 19, 2004.

So there seems no correlation between FP and name check (at least looking at my case)

So how long did it take FBI to respond to your fax inquiry? I made a fax inquiry on July 28, don't know when I will hear from them. Thanks.
