Curently working for company-C on H1B(Valid till Dec08). Received EAD and Advance parole from Company-F as a future employment.Can i use Advance parole from company- F for travel purpose and come back to work for company-C again on existing H1B again. Please advice

No you didn't. You received them based on your pending I-485. They are not employer-specific.
