They definitely have a different database at NCSC.
All these days my AVM (Laguna Niguel 949 #) said that results of FP had been received, processing resumed, etc. while the on-line case status was out of sync and simply showed application received.
Now that the 949# is discontinued, the AVM on th 800# reads out a text-to-speech from the database that says application received... blah...blah..blah. There is no mention of FP results.
